Summer :)

Aside from the blistering heat and the overwhelming humidity, I. love. summer. I love it even more now that I get to share it with the most beautiful little girl on the planet.

just watching her soak it all in, the outside, the sun, the....bugs (she tries to eat them) just fills me with this passion and zest for life. There so much I can't wait to do with her, and so much I can't wait to show her.

Yesterday she got to experience the splash park that right next door. And boy did that girl have a ball.

We will without a doubt be spending more time at the splash park. I could never get enough of her smiles and giggles. They make my heart swoon.
And check out these thighs! Aren't squishy babies the best?? I could just eat them up!

More summer posts to come. Promise :)

Obviously

I get very bored at work and have way too much time on my hands because I find neat things like this to do. I found this site that lets you upload pictures of you and your honey and it will give you an idea of what your kid will look like. I couldn't access the page from work so I did it yesterday at Trin's house and this is what I came up with.

I don't think they turned out too bad. I thought they would be all deformed looking like I've seen some of them before but they are actually kinda cute. I guess we'll just have to wait to see how accurate they are. Oh and you can also put in celebs pictures and all sorts of fun stuff. I know you are just dying for me to give you the website so you can go try it too. It's www.makemebabies.com. I hope you all try it and if you have kids already I want to know if it looks like any of them. Enjoy!

Something fun

I found this site where you answer questions and it gives you a prediction for the day your baby will be born. Not that I believe it at all but I just thought I'd post it cause its fun.

The day you deliver, outside will be cloudy. Your baby will arrive in the late afternoon. After a labor lasting approximately 9 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and will be 16-1/2 inches long. This child will have light amber eyes and curly blonde hair.

So I'm guessing she will be pretty early cause she's so small. Lol. Other than that and the 9 hour labor, I wouldn't mind any of this. Especially the curly blonde hair!

What are you?

I took this little quiz from Perri's blog. Daisies are my FAVORITE and I really think it is true what it says.

I am a
Daisy

What Flower
Are You?

"You are just a sweet person. When a friend needs a shoulder to cry on, you are happy to offer yours with a box of tissues as well. Once in awhile, you wish you could be a little more dramatic but then sensibility sets back in and you know that you are perfect the way you are."

Happy Easter!

I found this and thought it was kinda funny. Enjoy...
The Rules of Chocolate
If you get melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.
Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
The problem: How to get two pounds of chocolate home from the store in a hot car. The solution: Eat it in the parking lot.
Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite and you'll eat less.
A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy?
If you can't eat all your chocolate, it will keep in the freezer. But if you can't eat all your chocolate, what's wrong with you?
If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves.
Money talks. Chocolate sings.
Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger.
Why is there no such organization as Chocoholics Anonymous? Because no one wants to quit.
Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done.
Chocolate is a health food. Chocolate is derived from cacao beans. Bean = vegetable. Sugar is derived either from sugar beets or cane, both vegetables. And, of course, the milk/cream is dairy. So eat more chocolate to meet the dietary requirements for daily vegetable and dairy intake.
HAPPY EASTER !!!
